Our Role as a Referral Service

Extentway Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not perform AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling work.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Payment Works

Providers or marketing partners may pay Extentway Heating & Air for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The amount can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Extentway Heating & Air. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranties it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement. It is also not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they may be recorded. This is done for quality, verification and billing.
