How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Extentway Heating & Air wants each homeowner who contacts us to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Extentway Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please understand that Extentway Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@extentway.beer and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you used or the form you filled out, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
